Investment legislation

This section contains the St. Petersburg legal acts regulating the investment activities in St. Petersburg including those in the sphere of hotel infrastructure building.

In the «Geographic information system of the investor» one may find any item or land plot located on the territory of St. Petersburg, and identify the territorial or protection zone in which the object is located, ascertain the parameters of the construction or reconstruction allowed in terms of the limiting height of buildings and therefore to ascertain the established limitations.
